Enable XMP 1 and adjust the Dram frequency to 3200mhz. Next, increase the CPU memory controller speed accordingly.

Your latest BIOS isn't a beta release. If you turn on XMP1 at 3200MHz, you should maintain the 1.35V setting in your XMP profile unless you have specific reasons to adjust it.
