About a year ago I observed that the sound effects during cutscenes would sometimes not sync properly, but I dismissed it, thinking it was just the game's issue or my hardware limitations. Over time, this problem grew more frequent, to the extent that now I always feel compelled to restart my PC whenever a new video game is launched. Occasionally, the cutscenes function correctly, while others fail. Restarting seems to resolve the issue about half the time, though I’ve noticed sync issues can still occur between the first and subsequent scenes—whether in-game or pre-rendered. The voice-over and game sounds are perfectly aligned, but this only happened during cutscenes. I searched online for solutions but haven’t found a fix yet. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

What method do you use to obtain sound? bluetooth, tv speaker, game controller audio output, etc. What cable and headset are you employing?

I typically rely on an older PS4 controller for audio, but I encountered the same issue when using the monitor speakers and headphones through a jack.
