The only factor that truly affects a CPU/ram is voltage, not just speed. Have you adjusted the voltages? I avoided touching them and am hoping it was the CPU since I can manage with a Pentium for now. I can't afford even 8 gigabytes of RAM, particularly given the current prices. A lesson learned: don't overclock without someone nearby to guide you.
pc is functioning properly. I only used the GPU on a friend's PC and booted from their drive, and now it works. Thank you all for your assistance.
