lmao i'm really frustrated... after a fresh Windows 10 install using Ethernet instead of Wi-Fi, I still have one issue left. when trying to upgrade to version 11, it keeps asking me to enable secure boot. i followed the update steps and changed "CSM" to "UEFI" in the BIOS, but now the system only boots back to the same BIOS menu and not to Windows. i don’t know how to fix this or how to explain it to someone online for help.

A fresh setup on version 10 followed by an upgrade to 11 is possible since you can apply version 11 through the existing Windows 10 product key.

oh... i thought if it wouldn't allow an upgrade to 11, there would be no way to install it directly without secure boot active. i began with version 10. it also didn't install 11 from my external drive before, so i'm not sure what else to try.

I really didn't know what it was that finally worked... it was quite an experience! Windows 11 is now running smoothly on my new device. Thanks for your patience and support today!
