Hey everyone, after the latest update, all market values have fallen. My AK47 Vulcan used to be around 30-31€, now it's only worth 22€. Could it bounce back later? Thanks!

I have been studying the market for the past year now. I have noticed that when a new operation drops, all prices crash because people want money for the new items and that leads to panic selling. More times than not the market has recovered just fine, but since the last crash last month, nothing has seemed to be going back to normal. Average prices dropped by 20-30% and stayed that way. Now this operation has hurt prices even more, I am seeing items near half of what they costed before. I would wait for a recovery before you sell anything. It will cause more panic selling and adds to the snowball effect of declining prices. I sold my knife last week for $100, now it's worth about $70. Now is the perfect time to buy anything for cheap

Of course it has, there was a new operation, but atleast it comes with a new knife and the updated season (Which should be a main map)

It seems the latest skins improve significantly over the older ones, which is why users are moving away from the previous versions. Additionally, many older skins are now more widely available than the newer ones.

New products appear continuously once more boxes are opened. I’d take it now and return it later. With something so costly, you could easily afford a decent knife.

Similar to a Navi Katowice 2015 sticker, it's nearly worth its original cost again.

Occasionally costs decrease—perhaps you bought it when it was new or in high demand. That might explain why it felt so expensive at the time.

It wasn't due to Valve or Steam messing with the Indian currency exchange rates, which suddenly made everything cheaper.

Four fresh sets of 61 entries each... that explains everything.
