If it was after a update that usually happens and I just wait till the serves update. Are these community servers or valve servers you are trying connected

In Steam: Library -> Games -> Counter-Strike:Global Offensive (right click) -> Properties - > Local Files -> Check the integrity of the game cache. This action removes any damaged files and replaces them with fresh ones.
