If the Processor power management isn’t available on your system, try this solution:
The limited power configuration in Advanced Settings is disabled by default due to the Connected Standby feature.
On Surface Pro and similar tablets, it must be turned off at the registry level to restore the ability to create custom plans and access advanced power settings:
- Open Start
- Type regedit and launch
- Navigate to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Power
- Double-click CsEnabled
- Change Value data from 1 to 0, then click OK
- Restart your computer.
