Faux_Grey raised a pointless question about adjusting the Windows power plan settings. In advanced mode, you can restrict the maximum CPU state, which might be the cause. I also thought about resetting the BIOS to its original settings without overclocking and testing afterward. Just to be sure, I double-checked, but the minimum and maximum CPU power remain at 100% in high performance mode. Could you tell me when the issue began? Perhaps during a recent change? Also, someone suggested switching to slow mode on the board—would you like me to look into that?

Edit: Glad you fixed it.

It's understandable that the slow mode feels odd, but it's a straightforward solution. Thanks for being ready to use it.
