MB: MSI H310M Arctic
CPU: 8700k
GPU: 1060 3GB
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 16GB
In the voltage settings, the only choice is for RAM voltage (I'm using advanced mode and expert OC mode). The CPU voltage options aren't available here. Someone suggested OC Genie, but I couldn't find it either. Perhaps unlocking it would help? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Reset the CPU back to its default settings, enable XMP profile, and turn memory on. Try this to see if RAM becomes the fastest JEDEC speed. Then slowly increase the CPU to overclock. Check the CPU specifications and features—look for lower voltage operation since your RAM is running at its highest speed. Pay attention to the power management information it provides.

before sending the image, you can check what you expect for the CPU.
