Many people mention coolant temperature, but your CPU package temp shows a different reading. Your CPU is running at 75 degrees, which is too high. You need to check and fix the cooling system.

You tried a different USB 2.0 port and it functioned. The result suggests one of your USB 2.0 connectors might be faulty.
