So, according to HWMontitor and HWInfo64, my cpu idle temps are 45c and it barely goes over 50c when gaming. Is this in anyway normal or what. Ran the Cpu-z stress test for about 30 mins and it got to 53. R5 2600 and Arctic Freezer 34 eSports Red

This setup seems quite advanced for someone new to the system. Let me know if you're confident it works.

Update the system information. Monitor Ryzen temperatures using HWInfo64 or Ryzen Master. Avoid HWMonitor. Run a stress test such as Cinebench R20. Afterward, apply a 95 throttle and verify temperatures. If results are within normal ranges and performance is satisfactory, everything is good.

Plan to refresh bios soon. Cinebench R20 scored near 2370, and temperatures reached 55°C per both Ryzen Master and HWInfo.

Consider additional stress tests. If outputs look typical, proceed. Ensure xmp and docp are activated.
