Unlikely at all. If temperatures rise, the CPU will simply lower its clock speed—essentially downclocking itself. That means you’re safe.

Looks a bit on the warmer side, but still comfortable. Could be a good idea to verify the cooler attachment or reapply paste if it's been set up for a while.

Normal for 84c during heavy processing, particularly with tools like Handbrake that also support AVX. Values below 100 are acceptable. Intel-based laptops may face thermal throttling as expected, staying within acceptable limits.

Looks a bit warm compared to my 3600 at around 72°C while decoding a 1440p video at 60fps, but the 10700 seems to draw more power. Probably that’s normal, as it generally stays under 100°C for modern Intel chips. Yeah, it might help to verify the cooler installation and check the fan speeds—your setup is around 1500rpm for the CPU, intake at 1500, exhaust at 1200. Also, it maintains ~72°C and runs at 3925mhz without getting hotter (JFYI).
