I'm curious if someone familiar with Adrenaline can assist me. I attempted using the AMD Chat within Adrenaline, but it didn't assist at all.

I recommend using DDU to eliminate all GPU drivers. Run DDU in Safe Mode, then remove all GPU drivers (intel, Nvidia, AMD), reboot, and finally install the newest GPU driver from AMD's support site via an elevated command. Also, ensure the iGPU is disabled in BIOS before proceeding.

Thank you for your prompt reply. I will share the outcome once everything is done. I haven't installed any GPU driver; I'm using Adrenaline. Is there a need to remove Adrenaline with DDU?
2. Disabling the iGPU in BIOS isn't possible—I attempted it but found no option. I've silenced it via Device Manager.
3. The PSU came bundled with the PC I bought in May this year. It's protected by a protective cover, though I received all the component boxes. I remember the PSU was platinum grade, but I threw it away.
4. My current BIOS is Mobo BIOS version MS-7E6.1

This is a follow up.
Today, my mrs has gone out all day and no one is visiting so I will have no distraction (I am retired). And surprisingly, when I opened up My Adrenaline (just to have a final check before using DDU, well, well, surprised, the CPU temp is displayed as it should. I have done nothing since my reply to the PC??!??!!
