I have an AMD 8320 and a master EVO 212 for the heatsink. It has worked well for a long time, staying at -70°C even during gaming and other tasks. Recently, my computer freezes when starting up or playing games, and the CPU overheats to 85°C, causing it to shut down automatically. I haven’t replaced any parts or cleaned the inside of the case, but I need assistance.

The initial temperature was 45c at startup, but once it was left running it began to rise without any cooling effect.
Edit: I attempted normal startup and the device continued to heat up until it automatically turned off. I also reset it to 3.5ghz, which was previously at 4.

I possess. Although it is simply the stock or the item included with the Master 212 Evo.

I'm not entirely confident, but the fan seems to be working properly. The BIOS fan is set to auto mode.

The BIOS temperature seems slightly high. Additionally, it's unclear how the chassis fans are configured.

Hey, setup for the chassis? Sorry, I'm not entirely sure what you're asking.

So i discovered that the disk usage was at full capacity, and after fixing it, the computer was running at around 22c-30c idle. It tends to increase to maybe 40-45c but then drops back down. I thought it was normal until i started playing a game about 10 minutes in. Then my computer froze, and the CPU temperature reached as high as 85 degrees.
