This situation seems unusual. My CPU failed to boot after a memory issue, with beeps indicating a problem. It wasn’t properly seated, which likely caused the failure. Now the PC also won’t start. The debug LED stays stuck on memory errors. It might have been a faulty RAM installation. I tried upgrading and still faced the same problem. After some testing, I suspected the CPU wasn’t aligned correctly during installation. I thought maybe tightening screws or adjusting the cooler could help. I also removed the cooler and it started working again. I’ve reset the BIOS but the issue persists.

Yes, it seems the cooler is applying excessive force.

No, there are no bent pins on your CPU or motherboard.

Just touch the cooler lightly—don’t over-tighten. Take out all parts, start fresh, install the RAM and cooler again. Look under the CPU for any bent pins.
