Hey everyone, while I was playing Valorant on my Lenovo 15ARH05H, my FPS dropped to 20 and the performance tab in Task Manager showed my CPU at 0.38 with full power on. The power draw was between 3.8W and 4.0W, but after a couple minutes everything returned to normal and the CPU voltage spiked to 10-18W. I have the specs: CPU is an AMD Ryzen 7 4800H, GPU is RTX 2060 16GB, RAM is 16GB. I’m not sure what’s going on.
You might have reached the maximum temperature threshold somewhere because your CPU reached 89°C, which is typical for this kind of laptop. It’s safer to look into the BIOS and other applications for any thermal or power restrictions.
