I was planning to purchase a calm CPU cooler since gaming causes quite a disturbance. But I wondered if it's just the GPU fans creating the sound and that fixing anything wouldn't be worth it. My setup is below. I haven’t overclocked beyond the factory tweak on the RX 590, so yes. The R5 1600 includes the Wraith Spire cooler by default. PCPartPicker has the list you need.
It’s probably the CPU cooler. Try a stress test on the CPU first; if it doesn’t fix the issue, move to a GPU stress test.
It might be the CPU cooler, but as discussed before, you can perform a stress test to pinpoint the issue. If you're considering an upgrade, this affordable cooler is a good choice: https://www.newegg.com/arctic-cooling-fr...iption=cpu tower cooler&cm_re=cpu_tower_cooler-_-35-186-231-_-Product I use it with my R5 1600 and it maintains an extremely cool and quiet operation. It also offers room for future upgrades with other efficient Ryzen chips.
