Hello bois! After completing the build, I received a strong amber CPU LED. Initially, I tried unplugging and plugging in both 24 ATX and two 4x2 CPU pins. Then I connected my display via the DP port and saw "No signal" on the screen. I tested both CPU and GPU outputs but got nothing. It seems I can't even access BIOS. Before making any risky changes, I considered asking someone with more experience about this build, which is my setup without OC (WIN11) and a 2k Screen. (Both of my RAMs are in the 2nd and 4th slots, maybe that's the issue?)

I didn't add Samsung 500gb M2, as I considered it unimportant.

CPU correctly placed? Are pins straight?
Examine the motherboard from an edge angle—it's common for LGA1700 boards to warp when a CPU cooler is too tight, leading to disconnection.
During troubleshooting, clear away any unnecessary components. A CPU, memory (one at a time), cooler (fan optional), and power supply should suffice to start up and verify functionality. Occasionally, systems fail to boot without a fan, though yours appears to spin. Confirm the presence of a CPU fan header before proceeding.

BIOS update required for version F2 or newer, as noted.
This is the correct motherboard model?
You must upgrade the BIOS to a later release to accommodate that processor.

I'm confident I installed the CPU correctly. It fit perfectly into the socket and I matched the markings on its surface. I also have the CPU contact frame ready. The CPU fan is functioning fine, though it's a bit warm—probably just a sign the CPU is operating normally.

Sure, I'll do my best. How will it work without the screen?

Examine the Q-FLASH utility for additional details about that. If it doesn't work, you'll likely need to upgrade the BIOS to keep using that CPU. You can either use a CPU that matches the current BIOS version, update the BIOS with that CPU, and then install it on your system. Start by trying the Q-FLASH method first; I don’t have much experience with Gigabyte boards, so the most reliable option is to refer to their documentation. The process isn’t clear to me.

So ultimately it turned out to be accurate XD. The CPU fan had two fans inside, linked through a splitter that connected them to the CPU_Fan port in one slot. Because of this setup, the CPU didn't recognize the splitter as a CPU_Fan and shut down right away.
