I adjusted the CPU cooler after it reached 70-80°C, and it settled to 60-70°C. However, a loud rattling sound has appeared now. I’ve tried rearranging cables, reapplying the buckle, cleaning the heatsink, but nothing helped. I’m running out of ideas and solutions. Any guidance on what’s causing this would be appreciated. They're still quite new, under a year old, so I'm not sure it's a problem. It might be the mount that's making the noise, because when I spun the fans with compressed air they didn't make any sound.

Could you clarify if you're asking about potential damage during the process of reinstalling or reassembling?

I believe the buckle itself failed. I tried reinstalling it, but the problem persists.

Do you have new TIM available? Consider taking the cooler apart entirely and reattaching it properly (make sure to repaste the IHS). Start by cleaning it with a minimal amount of ISO solution.

Yes, the blades do not move freely; they are constrained by their design and any obstacles present.

Managed to reduce the noise by gently adjusting the fan with my fingers, likely because of friction against the heatsink.

I believe the problem lay with the fans. I mentioned it briefly, and the noise stopped, but now it only makes a sound when under heavy use.
