my cpu struggled with mainline performance in cinebench today—significantly lower than the screenshot below (around 11.8k). I refreshed the thermal paste, which reduced temperatures by about 6 degrees, but the game still ran much worse. What else can I do? I've already reset the CMOS, turned off above-4g decoding, and re-seated the CPU with DOCP enabled. The paste is now on balanced settings, and the specs are listed in the signature.

Not reapplying your undervolt or CO will cause performance drops. The environment might have changed a lot lately—like an increase of about 8°C in France over two weeks.
