I recently assembled a new PC and it functioned properly under heavy CPU and GPU stress. Recently, it stopped working and the CPU indicator began flashing whenever I connected the power supply. It attempted to restart on its own, then the light turned back on several times before finally booting up again. What does this indicate and should you be concerned? The issue seems linked to a bent pin in the indicator that was fixed.

It seems like you're asking about a situation where the CPU socket was physically damaged and possibly bent. You also mention concerns about whether the device in question is an AMD CPU, focusing on the pins. It looks like you're trying to clarify or dispute previous information.

I fixed a bent pin in the socket using a tiny knife, and it functioned well for several weeks. My system is an Intel i5-13600K.

Verify the CPU power connector is securely connected on both the board and PSU. Ensure the pin is properly aligned; even slight bending might not affect it permanently.

Thank you. I hope it isn't broken and the issue doesn't continue, though we can't be sure what will happen next.

Capture an image of the socket. Once you've loosened a pin, it will remain loose.
