Hey, I am just going around asking everywhere for a solution. I bulit my PC yesterday and when I plug it in and power it on, everything turns on like the leds and all the fans work but the cpu light will blink for a second then the dram light goes on red indefinitely. I also get no signal to the monitor so nothing appears. I just recently tried flashing my bios to the most recent update for about the third time and still the same issue.
My specs are
:
Motherboard: GIGABYTE B650 Gaming x ax v2 rev 1.2
CPU: Ryzen 7 9700x (just updated to version F38, it said compatibility started at F30)
GPU: ASUS Prime rtx 5070ti
RAM: Crucial Pro 32gb 6000
I have checked and everything is supported by my motherboard. Currently I have everything plugged in with only one ram stick in the A2 spot. I have tested it in the B2 spot as well. I have tried flashing it before with everything removed and that didn't do anything. If someone has dealth with this before I could use some help.

Try running onboard without the GPU inserted and check if it posts. It might be due to power issues or poor connections.

Onboard refers to the process of starting or activating something, such as powering on a device. You mentioned testing it without all components and briefly disconnecting the GPU while still keeping it connected to the PSU.

Connect the cable to the device directly.

I believe I attempted that and it failed, but I’ll try again.
It might be a sign of something, though—I had to disconnect the GPU. Is this a warning given I have an 850-watt PSU?

I double-checked to make sure there was no yellow from the connector.
