Here are the details you provided, rewritten in a similar format:

The specifications include a Gigabyte B450M WiFi motherboard, a Ryzen 5 5500 CPU, an RX 580 2048SP GPU, 16GB of Teamgroup T-Force RAM, a 650w Powerspec PSU, and other components. The system has experienced several issues recently. Initially, the GPU stopped functioning properly, causing Windows to behave erratically. Switching to the correct driver resolved the problem temporarily, but it would revert upon reboot. Additionally, the CPU fan exhibited unusual behavior, sometimes failing to power on or spinning completely off unexpectedly. There are also reports of random shutdowns, particularly when running CPU-intensive applications, though temperatures and power usage appear normal during monitoring. Possible causes are suggested such as PSU quality, CPU fan issues, driver problems, and installation errors.

Thank you!
I was searching through event viewer, and i found out every time there's a critical error like this:
The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped
responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.
there's an information bubble right before it from Kernel_power like this:
ACPI thermal zone \_TZ.UAD0 has been enumerated.
_PSV = 290K
_TC1 = 0
_TC2 = 0
_TSP = 1000ms
_AC0 = 0K
_AC1 = 0K
_AC2 = 0K
_AC3 = 0K
_AC4 = 0K
_AC5 = 0K
_AC6 = 0K
_AC7 = 0K
_AC8 = 0K
_AC9 = 0K
_CRT = 294K
_HOT = 293K
minimum throttle = 0
_CR3 = 0K
do you think this can help me find the cause?
