As the title states, the red CPU light on the motherboard occasionally turns on. I can't exactly tell why because I couldn't make out a pattern yet. Once the light turns on, it stays on until PC is powered off. Restarting the PC results in the light being off again. Also I see no change in performance or other irregularities when the light is on/off which leads me to doubt whether there actually is an error or not. Thats also why I haven't pulled the whole thing apart yet... Maybe one thing to mention: I do have relatively long boot times - at least I was expecting faster coming from laptops but maybe everything is in spec. So when i place the PC in hibernate and turn it on again it probably takes ~1min, from a full shutdown maybe ~1.5min. (Sleep is for whatever reason not available; went through the menus etc. apparantly my hardware doesn't support it) Hardware: CPU: 7950x (PBO enabled no manual overclock) Motherboard: ASRock X670e steel legend Ram: G.Skill Flare X5 64gb @5600mHz (EXPO enabled) Cooler: Arctic liquid freezer ii 360 (a-rgb) (Checked CPU temps, they're normal - well hot-ish, but normal for ryzen 7000 Big Grin) PSU: Corsair hx1000i (2022) 1000w Storage: Kingston KC3000 2TB M.2 NVME (Placed in PCIE 5.0 slot) Graphics: I currently still use the iGPU Looking forward to your help! Thanks!

What kind of storage are you using? Have you attempted to reset the CMOS?

storage appears in the parts details as 2tb KC3000 NVME (4th gen). Clearing cmos refers to a process that resets the memory controller.

I'd search YouTube for a tutorial. It's easy to do and usually takes under five minutes.
