The CPU fails to start correctly during the initial load and occurs with every odd load.
My PC fails to start correctly on the first boot. The BIOS isn't shown, but fans spin, and the keyboard and mouse lights illuminate, though the monitor displays an orange signal light indicating no display connection. Additionally, the NZXT case power button repeatedly blinks during startup. The problem resolves after a hard restart and a power cycle, allowing proper booting. However, the BIOS still reports an issue and navigates to the BIOS menu. I'm unsure what's behind this behavior.
I've run memtest without success. The occurrence seems to happen every odd number of times. It fails on the first attempt, then works after a hard restart. Even when I shut it down or restart normally, the failure persists, only resolving again after a hard restart. It's quite unusual!
I've attached a video and specs page from CPU-Z for reference:

The video is a bit lengthy, but it clearly demonstrates the problem on the first load. After a hard restart, it loads quickly—about twice as fast—but I appreciate the effort!
