Hey, I'm having an issue in Houston. Updating the Dragon Center caused my monitors to go black every time I power on the PC. It won't boot at all. The motherboard shows a red LED indicating a CPU problem. I can't get into BIOS because the screens don't turn on. Any advice?

He likely used MSI's update tool to refresh the BIOS. Could you share the exact motherboard model? Also, do you have a physical button to flash the BIOS back?
