My CPU includes an integrated GPU, and I adjusted the BIOS settings accordingly. However, it seems the device isn't recognizing it or producing any output.

Did you only link the new monitor while leaving the old one unplugged to test it independently? Have you adjusted the display options in Windows to enable the second screen?

Select the display configuration from the available choices. Options include single unit, duplicates, extension, etc. Choose "Extend" to proceed.
