I increased my i7 7600k's speed to 4.6 ghz, yet it still caps at 4 ghz in Cinebench. My ASUS Z170-A board is the setup.

The i5-7600K is positioned for high-end gamers, placed just behind the flagship i7-7700K in Intel’s Kaby Lake series. It's expected to be a top choice for gaming in 2017.

When using overclocking, various elements come into play. It's important to verify that your motherboard configurations are properly configured. I would examine your voltage settings, but altering them can pose risks. Proceed only if you're confident with the process.
