I just assembled my initial computer, and within a day, one of the CPU fans began producing a rattling noise at high speeds. The cooling unit is a Frozn A620 Pro. 20250711_155852.mp4

Verify if the cable isn't contacting the fan housing. Consider utilizing the warranty. Inform the reseller about the excessive rattling noise from the fan; you may receive a replacement or alternative option.

A cable somewhere is hitting one of the fans. Not necessarily that front one. I can see at least 5 fans in that shot, plus the GPU.

Replace the fans in the cooler, as it might be that one of the arms isn’t correctly positioned.
