I’ve just begun assembling a new PC using these components: Motherboard, ASUS Prime x570-Pro, Ryzen 7 5800X, Hyper 212 RGB Black Edition GPU, Nvidia RTX 3060, Corsair Dominator Platinum RGB 4x8GB RAM, and a Silverstone SX1000 1000W 80+ PSU. When I powered it on, the GPU and CPU cooler failed to activate, and only my RAM displayed RGB lighting. I changed the CPU to an AMD Ryzen 5 3600 to check for BIOS issues, but it still wouldn’t turn on. After replugging everything, the problem persisted. All troubleshooting steps only confirmed the CPU, GPU, and one RAM stick were connected. What might be wrong?

Ensure the boot drive is attached. Prepare the Windows installation media. Wipe CMOS prior to use. Follow the instructions in the manual.
