I attempted to remove the CPU cooler since the fans weren't spinning and the CPU fan wasn't either. I suspected a problem with the CPU itself, but when I took it off, it seemed like it had taken the thread ends from the motherboard. It's difficult to describe, so I attached a picture for reference. You can see the holes where you previously connected the cooler. Those are the areas it completely removed.
The PC was not fully operational yet. Could you share your motherboard details so we can compare? You mentioned there’s something behind the bottom-right hole.
From the cooler you can spot it? Hopefully, the backplate doesn<|pad|>, but the OP doesn’t notice it.
It seems the back plate likely dislodged from the motherboard and is now hanging behind it.
Secure the back plate firmly, then lift the opposite side of the case to reveal it.
