I'm facing some major issues with my PC and need assistance identifying the cause. Here are the details of my setup: Motherboard model ASRock B550 Phantom Gaming, CPU AMD Ryzen 5 5600X, 16GB G.Skill RipJaws V DDR4-3600, GPU AMD Radeon RX 7600, power supply 650W quiet operation, and system powered on 10 non-modular. The problem is that I can't start the PC and the CPU and memory lights are flashing red during boot. We've already checked the RAM and GPU in another machine without problems, tried different RAM types, and confirmed the CPU pins are properly aligned. No bent pins detected. It's frustrating and unclear what might be wrong. Any advice or experiences from others would be really helpful. Thanks!

Consider testing your CPU on a different board or another CPU within your current setup. The outcomes will indicate the issue.
