The CPU 0 is performing worse compared to the rest.
When my pc in use for couple hours the CPU 0 is low. But, when I restarted my pc the cpu is back to normal but then went 0 sometimes. It's kinda annoying and causes lags so bad.
I tried:
1. Monitoring my temp and its always below 70c degrees.
2. Reinstalling my Windows but still.
3. Repaste but still.
My rig:
i3-9100F
GTX 1660 6GB
RAM 16GB
4 HDDs 1 NVME
be quiet! System Power 8 500w

Update your update with complete hardware details and operating system specifics. PSU information: make, model, wattage, age, and condition (original, build, refurbished, or used). Disk drives: make, model, and capacity, along with current usage level. Attached peripherals are included.
I think there might be thermal throttling on Core 0, as it handles many processes even when temperatures stay below 70 degrees. An uneven CPU layout could lead to overheating on one core. Use HWMonitor to check the CPU clock rates; it’s possible the clocks are being throttled on Core 0. This behavior appearing after a few hours might not be due to heat, but rather to scheduling problems. You may want to review certain drivers or test with LatencyMon to see if ACPI.sys is involved.
