The Cortana preferences aren't visible.

Hi, I've previously used Cortana on Windows 10 but wasn't satisfied. I'm giving it another shot and exploring its new capabilities. I'm aware there are some exciting updates and wanted to give it another try, though my Cortana is currently disabled. I searched the settings page but only saw the standard options, and checking the search bar didn't yield any issues. I looked up on YouTube and overall online sources, but didn't find anything similar to my experience. If anyone has tips on resolving this, please let me know in the comments.

Prepare for the upcoming Windows 10 update—Cortana will be improved. To use her features, you’ll need a Microsoft account and the "Speech, Inking & Typing" privacy settings turned on.

I don't have access to Cortana settings, but the interface isn't displaying them.

This happens when you execute a program or modify the registry or Group Policy to prevent Cortana. Clear them, restart your device, and Cortana should function again.
