I just finished my initial build and felt satisfied. The first day went well, everything was reinstalled and I was proud. On the second day, my iCUE H100i Elite Capellix cooler and all the Corsair fans started flashing red and spinning erratically. After inspecting the connections, everything seemed okay on my Asus PRIME Z390-A motherboard. The cooler was connected to the AIO_Pump slot, the SATA cable from the Corsair hub remained plugged in, and the USB port stayed attached. I verified the BIOS and saw it no longer showing up because the cooler was already present. I reapplied thermal paste thinking that was the problem, but it didn’t fix it. I rearranged some connections—moved the USB plug to another port and swapped the AIO_Pump plug with CPU_Fan—and it reappeared in BIOS. Until I powered it off and on again, it vanished once more. It’s crucial to remember that whenever it doesn’t show up in BIOS, my CPU hits idle temperatures between 40-70°C. I reached out to Corsair, but they estimated a response time of 2-3 business days. Help needed!
so If I am right all your fans are controlled by the Motherboard via a HUB. do you got a close up picture whre you plugged your aio Pump Header Secondly is your Pump header set up as a pump header in your bios/Uefi?
I confirmed it was connected properly and all links were correct. I accessed the BIOS and ran the auto-tuning process, but the CPU continues to hit 60°C.
Is the AIO equipped with a commander core? Then refer to the installation guide for details.
I tried but got nothing. The SATA link works like the USB and AIO_Pump connections. Might the AIO be defective or damaged?
