Consider reinstalling the CPU by removing it, using compressed air to clear the socket, clearing debris from the bottom, and reinserting it. If this fails, the CPU may be non-functional.

It seems unlikely it's another part since the CPU is usually the final component to be installed.

I just finished reinstalling the CPU and RAM, but the system still displays a beep code indicating an issue. I tried using another board and it still doesn’t boot properly.
