Build a new PC today using the CoolerMaster NR200P MAX. When powering on, the BIOS shows the CPU running extremely hot with no sound from the pump block. I attempted to disconnect/reinstall the pump header and swapped it with another fan header, but nothing resolved the issue. Any suggestions? Could this mean a faulty pump block? Thanks for your help!

Key specs: CoolerMaster NR200P Max, Intel 12700K, Asus ROG Strix b660-I, 32GB RAM, 3080TI.
