I purchased a Thermaright frozen prism 240 black roughly two months ago. It functioned properly until this morning when it began producing a clicking sound and the pump RPM dropped to zero. After restarting it by unplugging and plugging it back in for about a minute, the noise persisted but the motor remained stationary with no water flow.
