It's a bit strange. On the web page, it said it has ThunderBolt 3, but in the manual, it only list USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type C. Maybe you can call ASRock to clarify the issues.

Still facing the same problem. Have you ever fixed this before? ASRock X570 PHANTOM GAMING-ITX/TB3 AMD Ryzen 7 3700X nVIDIA RTX 2070 Super CalDigit USB-C Pro Dock initially didn’t work, but after updating the BIOS to version 2.0 I was able to connect and it recognized most ports except the two display ports. https://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/X570%20Pha...x.asp#BIOS I successfully tested it with an XPS15, all ports functioning properly, which suggests the issue might be with the motherboard.
