It's unusual how my core gains energy and my blade charges when linked to it, even though it doesn't understand the connection.

You installed drivers after connecting the core. The Razer site advises doing it first.

Consider using an additional monitor and connect the GPU directly to it instead of loopback. If this resolves the issue, proceed with further troubleshooting to activate loopback mode.

I haven’t been able to modify anything and there’s no software available online for an update. I changed my HDMI connection on the GPU, but it doesn’t work because it can’t locate the GPU.

Review this Reddit thread about the Razer Core. The author mentions they resolved an issue by adjusting Thunderbolt settings, removing the core, and changing the connection mode. It’s a small effort now, allowing seamless plug-and-play connections.

If the GPU is linked through the core, it seems your connection might be faulty.
