Hey there, so I got a Razer Blade Stealth and recently received my Razer Core. Both connect via Thunderbolt 3. I updated all the drivers and followed the setup instructions on the Razer site. However, my Core doesn't recognize it. As shown in the video, it powers on, but after about three seconds the screen fades while the graphics keep running and my Stealth charges. Normally there should be a pop-up notification. Anyone has similar issues or suggestions on how to fix this? Thanks ahead! Video.MOV

Have you attempted to power it off and restart? Also, vertical filming is a bit awkward.

If it isn't functioning properly, the most likely cause is a faulty cable. You might have received a defective one.
