What does the mobo light indicate? Is it about RAM or VGA? It can help locate the problem area. If the PC wasn’t powered on and water got in, it might have caused a short in the PSU or something similar. Your standby 5V rail appears to be functioning (the one that lights up the mobo), and the 5V rail was likely active when the water happened. Since it powers devices like Wake-on-LAN, it stays active when you turn off the PC but shuts down when powered off. When you press the start button, the PSU begins a sequence activating the 12V, 5V, and 3.3V rails. If any of these rails are damaged, the boot process may fail. If you have another PSU, consider testing it.

The power supply, GPU, and RAM function correctly in another computer, suggesting the issue lies with the motherboard. The lack of fan operation is concerning, but if fans work, most problems should be resolvable.

It seems like the issue might be with the motherboard. It appears to be the main component with many parts and maintains power even when turned off unless you press a button on the PC. If it got water damage somewhere, it could still have power. Have you checked for any short circuits on the motherboard? Sometimes they’re hard to spot, and they can be hidden inside the motherboard as well.

I'll remove the motherboard from the case, plug into the PSU, and check for any signs of a short. I'll keep an eye on it and let you know if I find anything.

The issue still hasn't been resolved, but you're labeling your own answer as solved! Thank you for acknowledging the correction.

I discovered the issue was the PSU, which seemed odd since it worked on another machine but not on mine. I used a different PSU on my computer, and it functioned properly. Thanks to everyone for their assistance—the PC was operational from day two. To fix a wet computer, follow these steps: 1) Unplug everything quickly, 2) Ensure good sunlight and let it dry for two days, 3) Use alcohol and a microfiber cloth to clean, then dry in the sun for two days. 4) Pray.

If you're familiar with fixing PSU issues, I'd appreciate it because I'm unable to afford a replacement one.

Don't touch PSU unless you're sure. Keep it unplugged and leave it for a day. Use multimeters to test capacitors—even if unplugged, they might still hold dangerous charge. PSU is something most people shouldn't fix themselves.
