I attempted to increase the clock speed of my Ryzen 3 1300X to 3.7ghz, but the computer won’t start. All fans and lights are functioning, yet there’s no display output. Could you provide additional details?

On page 16 of the manual, they explain a jumper named JBAT1: Clear CMOS (Reset BIOS). You just need to apply it briefly for around five seconds using a jumper; it should be placed near the bottom of the x16 PCIe slot, and you'll have to remove the video card to expose the two pins.

Reset the CMOS on the motherboard and begin again. The instructions are in the manual. Please include a link if available.
