Greetings, this is my initial message. My gaming computer spontaneously reboots when loading games but functions perfectly with other applications. I haven’t modified any settings, so the system remains in its original configuration.
My System Specifications:
Processor: Ryzen 5 3600
Graphics Card: ROG RX 480
Memory: Viper Elite 8GB DDR4 2133Mhz (dual-channel, 16GB total)
Power Supply: CX-650M
Operating System: Windows 10 (64-bit)
Storage: 1TB Hard Disk Drive and 250GB Solid State Drive
Motherboard: Strix B450-F
I have attempted the following solutions:
-Updated all software drivers.
-Updated Windows 10 to the latest version.
-Updated the motherboard BIOS.
-Switched from an Intel Core i5-7600 processor to a Ryzen 5 3600.
-Replaced the power supply unit with an RM 850I model.
-Reduced the GPU voltage.
-Performed memory diagnostics without encountering any errors.
-Subjected both the CPU and GPU to stress tests, which produced no overheating issues – temperatures remained below 75°C.
-Disabled automatic restarts in Windows.
-Adjusted power settings to a low-power mode.
I would appreciate any suggestions, as I’m frustrated by repeatedly investing funds in this system only to continue experiencing the same recurring issue.
