Hello, I occasionally experience random crashes while playing League of Legends, which causes my computer to freeze. Despite updating my BIOS, Windows, CPU, graphics card, and other components, the issue persists. I’m hoping for assistance as it is quite irritating.

Please let me know what information you require to diagnose and resolve this problem. Here are my benchmark results:

AMD Ryzen 5 2600
Gigabyte Windforce OC 1070
Samsung 960 Evo NVMe PCIe M.2 250GB
WD Blue 2TB (2015)
16GB DDR4 RAM running at 2400 MHz (I’m unable to recall the manufacturer).
Windows 10
x470 Aurus Gaming 5 Wifi Motherboard

Analyze system logs utilizing a Reliability History/Manager and Event Viewer to identify error codes and alerts, focusing on those occurring proximate to crash instances. Report your findings subsequently. Also, ensure your post is updated with complete hardware details and operating system information.

Approximately those times align with when it occurred; I also have a few additional readings at roughly 4:42, which I’ll share for confirmation.

Now, what should I do afterward? try playing a game and observe if it persists?

Absolutely. It could be beneficial to erase the Event Viewer records prior to beginning to ensure a clean slate.

I’m also experiencing an issue with my computer—it unexpectedly shuts down while I play League Of Legends. This started about a month ago, after playing the game for two months over the holidays beforehand, when it wasn't a problem. Before the holiday period, it functioned normally but would consistently crash every 10 minutes of gameplay. The computer completely turns off and takes approximately three minutes to restart. I initially suspected overheating, even with a laptop featuring a fan, yet it still shuts down. When I touch it, it doesn’t feel excessively hot. Therefore, is this due to overheating? If so, why and how can it be resolved? Or could it be a configuration issue—if so, what should be done to fix it? Sharing my computer specifications and the specific error details might help diagnose the situation.

Unfortunately, this has occurred once more. There aren’t any issues occurring near the moment it happens, specifically when I begin using my computer. These are the particular problems that appear during startup.
