When I press the shut down button it get's to this point. http://imgur.com/a/qKnVU And then freezes completely. I had to manually hold the power button to turn it off a few times. This is a brand new computer so I'm a bit worried.. Anyone have any ideas what I should do? Only thing I can think of is that I was messing with bitlocker last night and may have messed up the settings.

I installed the latest NVIDIA drivers. I read the guide at the provided link and followed the steps. When I pressed the restart button, the system went to the restart screen but froze afterward.
