When I wake the PC from sleep with the power button, it sometimes shuts down. I adjusted some overclocking parameters, but one setting for CPU Core was changed to auto. It’s unclear if that would affect anything, though it might just reset things back to defaults. The error appeared in Event Viewer, mentioning possible overclocking issues, but I’m not sure what the real problem is.

Could review your advanced power configurations and adjust what triggers the button press. Look for USB wake settings. For example, try pressing your space bar or similar keys. This works well with wired devices. Another idea is to configure the system never to sleep, but use a screen saver at your chosen time, allowing access without logging in again.
