Hello, my device becomes unresponsive during gameplay, the display freezes completely and no controls respond. I’m forced to restart it manually. There’s no blue screen, but audio also stops working and restarts repeatedly. I assumed the power supply unit was faulty, yet my new one is still reliable. I ran a memory test on both RAM modules, which came back clean. All BIOS settings are set to defaults except ReBar, which I enabled. I applied all updates from the motherboard site, Windows updates, and the newest GPU drivers. I only have one minidump file because I reinstalled Windows 10 recently. I suspect the issue might be with the graphics card, though I’m not certain. I’ve uploaded memory.dmp, minidump, dxdiag, and msinfo to a single drive. https://1drv.ms/u/s!AmE-FdmvC7votlewoX--...T?e=dIh7aU Please let me know if you need further details—I’m new to tech support. Thanks.

Let me know what components are present in your PC. Does this issue arise only during gameplay? It seems to happen while streaming Netflix or browsing emails. Would you like to use free tools such as HWINFO64 to monitor GPU/CPU usage or temperature beforehand? Are there specific scenarios that consistently trigger it? Are you using the most recent BIOS version?

Operating System: Windows 10 Home 64-bit (10.0, Build 19044)
System Manufacturer: Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd.
System Model: Z590 AORUS ELITE BIOS: F6a (UEFI)
Processor: Intel® Core™ i5-10600K CPU @ 4.10GHz (12 cores), ~4.1GHz Memory
RAM: 16384MB available, 16252MB used
Page File: 9255MB used, 17236MB free
GPU: AMD Radeon RX 6600 PSU – Corsair CX650
Complete specs are accessible via dxdiag in the original post.
Issues mainly occur during gaming or streaming; the machine has crashed a few times while watching YouTube or browsing, though rarely. Once it restarted after leaving it on, it displayed a blue screen with system service exception—this incident was isolated and I’ve reinstalled Windows since then.
Thermal readings remain stable, never exceeding 80°C. Current tests are running AIDA64 GPU stability at 2 hours, with peak temperatures reaching 81°C (hotspot). All other components stay within normal ranges.

I face the same problem except for the audio settings. It seems the issue isn’t with my setup. Using Voicemeeter for control might be the cause. I also have an RX6600 with a B450M DS3H motherboard, and the problem only occurs during games so far. Recently I switched to a Ryzen 7 5700X, but I’m unsure if that’s related. My RAM was set to default speeds of 2133MHz and still crashed recently.
