@G-ZooM raises a relevant observation indirectly. Has the PSU ever been replaced? If yes, did the earlier PSU's connections stay in place? This could lead to significant issues, although they tend to be more urgent and severe.

I placed the kit this morning and am checking its status. If it doesn't work, I'll switch to the QVL version. Thanks for your support, even if it's hard to believe. I'm considering it might be a CPU problem.

The 3600 might be effective, but I haven't confirmed it on that specific board and processor. I usually choose the most reliable option based on what I've tried before. Avoid wasting time on uncertainty.
