I was operating my machine, it became unresponsive and refused any input. I powered it down via the PSU and left it idle. Once it stopped working again, I swapped in another power supply, changed the cable, removed a memory stick and repositioned it, tried a different GPU. It lights up the CPU indicator, then the DRAM light for roughly ten seconds, after which it returns to the GPU light. It switches between them briefly before restarting. However, it never displays any video output from the Gigabyte B760M E5-12400F 24GB Kingston Fury 5600MHZ DDR5 GTX 1660 OC gaming PSU cooler master elite nex W600.

You have a mismatched RAM setup (24GB). Test using one RAM module in the left port. If it functions with one stick, consider replacing your entire kit.

He likely received a 24GB SSD with the model DD5. If the system switches between CPU and DRAM then restarts, did you attempt to power it off completely? Have you checked if the CMOS battery was removed? Did you try reinserting it? Was the CPU properly seated after any physical disturbance? Could a sudden impact have triggered the freeze before it shut down?
